Introduction
Youth Empowerment formerly
known as EYE, was setup in Jan 2001 by group of friends who after
finishing university wanted to make a positive contribution in the local
community by empowering young people.
The aim was to encourage and
facilitate initiatives and programmes that will empower young people.
These will develop and enhance their skills, capacity and motivation to
become directly involved in their personal development.
This will be done by building the capacity of the whole community
through network partnership to add value and sustain local change.
